HS2104 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity, omnipolar, and latch-output Hall switch sensor device that can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for portable electronic products that use battery power, such as mobile phones, brushless motors, notebook computers, PDAs, etc.
When the south pole of the magnetic field is close to the chip identification surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is low level; when the north pole of the magnetic field is close to the chip identification surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is low level.
The internal circuit of HS2104 includes Hall slices, voltage regulator modules, signal amplification processing modules, dynamic offset elimination modules, latch modules, and CMOS output stages.
Since HS2104 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an overall optimized circuit structure, the product obtains extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product adopts a very small packaging process, which makes the product have extremely high performance and market advantages.
HS2104 uses plug-in TO-92UA and SOT-23 packages, and the operating temperature range is -40~150.
