HS251 omnipolar high sensitivity Hall switch

The HS251 Hall Effect Sensor is a temperature-stable, stress-resistant, and highly sensitive micropower switch. Excellent high-temperature performance is achieved by using chopper-stabilized dynamic offset cancellation. This approach reduces offset voltage, temperature dependence, and thermal stress caused by device overmolding.
The HS251 is designed specifically for low operating voltages, and the CMOS manufacturing process used takes advantage of low voltage requirements, component matching, very low input offset errors, and small component geometries.
The HS251 sensor requires the presence of an omnipolar magnetic field for operation. The package type is a halogen-free version, which has been verified by a third-party laboratory. It can replace many domestic Hall products. Foreign Honeywel*, Allerg*, AK*, etc. can also be adapted.
