HS44E unipolar switch type Hall position sensor is a magnetic sensing circuit composed of an internal voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a temperature compensation unit, a Schmitt trigger and an open collector output stage. Its input is magnetic induction intensity and its output is a digital voltage signal. It is a single-pole magnetic sensing circuit suitable for working under rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The operating temperature range is -40 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, the power supply voltage operating range is 3.8V ~ 30V, the load current capacity can reach up to 50mA, and the package form is SIP3L (TO92S).
