CC6204 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity bipolar Hall switch sensor with latch output, which can directly replace the traditional reed switch. It is particularly suitable for portable electronic products using battery power, such as mobile phones, cordless phones, notebook computers, PDAs, etc.
When the south pole of the magnetic field is close to the chip identification surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is low level; when the north pole of the magnetic field is close to the chip identification surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the output is high level.
The internal circuit of CC6204 includes a Hall chip, a voltage regulator module, a signal amplification processing module, a dynamic offset elimination module, a latch module and a CMOS output stage. The product adopts dynamic offset elimination technology, which can eliminate the offset voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient, and improve the consistency of the device.
Because CC6204 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and the overall optimized circuit structure, the product obtains extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product adopts a very small packaging process, which makes the product have extremely high performance and market advantages. CC6204 is available in TSOT23-3 and TO-92S packages, with an operating temperature range of -40~150℃.
