HS211X is an omnipolar magnetic switch that integrates tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor and CMOS technology and is developed for high-sensitivity, high-speed, low-power, and high-precision applications. It uses a high-precision push-pull half-bridge TMR magnetic sensor and a CMOS integrated circuit, including a TMR voltage generator, a comparator, a Schmitt trigger, and a CMOS output circuit, which can convert the changing magnetic field signal into a digital voltage signal output. The temperature-compensated power supply is provided by an internal voltage regulator, and a wide operating voltage range is allowed. It is an ideal choice for many low-power, high-performance applications with low voltage operation, 1 microampere supply current, extremely high response frequency, wide operating temperature range, and excellent anti-external magnetic interference characteristics.
