HS41F high temperature bipolar latch type Hall effect position sensor is a magnetic sensing circuit composed of an internal voltage regulator unit, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a temperature compensation unit, a Schmitt trigger and an open collector output stage. Its input is magnetic induction intensity and its output is a digital voltage signal.
It is a dual-pole magnetic sensing circuit suitable for working under rectangular or cylindrical magnets.
The operating temperature range can be from -40℃ to 150℃, the power supply voltage range is from 3.8V to 30V, and the load current capacity can reach up to 40mA.
The package form is SIP3L (TO92S).
