Hall switches in washing machines are often used for access control: through the magnetic field sensor installed on the washing machine door, the Hall switch can sense the open and closed state of the door. When the user opens the door, the Hall switch triggers the switch action, stopping the washing machine to ensure the safety of the user.
Recommended model: HS261 bipolar latching Hall device
HS261 is a latching Hall effect switch IC, manufactured using advanced BiCMOS process, with excellent temperature stability and high mechanical stress resistance, the product's maximum operating temperature can reach 125℃. HS261 uses dynamic offset elimination technology and temperature compensation technology protected by Core Electronics' patents, which greatly reduces the offset voltage caused by factors such as package stress and ambient temperature changes, so that the product's magnetic sensitivity maintains a high degree of consistency.
HS261 includes a voltage regulated output module, a Hall film, a signal amplification module, a dynamic offset elimination module, and a power output stage with current limiting protection.
When the south pole of the magnetic field approaches the HS261TO logo surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the power tube is turned on and the output is low. When the north pole of the magnetic field approaches the HS261TO logo surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the power tube is turned off and the output is high.
The built-in voltage-stabilized output circuit module allows the chip to operate in the power supply voltage range of 2.5V to 28V.
HS261 provides two packages, TO-92S and TSOT23-3, both of which comply with RoHS specifications. The product's operating ambient temperature range is -40~125℃.
