HS138S Smart Water Meter Hall Device Manufacturer-Low Power Hall Device

HS138S is a highly integrated omnipolar magnetic switch sensor that integrates an AMR magnetic sensor and a high-precision CMOS processing circuit in an ultra-small package.

The CMOS processing circuit provides a precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation circuit and a push-pull output, achieving an industrial-grade operating temperature range (operating temperature: -40 to 125°C), while providing a wide voltage operating range (2.0V to 5.5V) and microampere current consumption, suitable for battery-powered applications such as various handheld devices. Omnipolar magnetic switches can greatly simplify installation and use requirements because they do not need to identify the north and south poles of the magnet.

Utilizing the high-speed response characteristics of AMR, this switch combines high response frequency, low power consumption, small size and excellent temperature characteristics, making it the first choice for many low-power, high-performance applications.

HS138S uses two package forms: SOT23-3 and TO-92S.
