HS623 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity, omnipolar, and latch-output Hall switch sensor device that can directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for portable electronic products that use battery power, such as mobile phones, cordless phones, notebook computers, PDAs, etc.
HS623 has the ability to distinguish omnipolarity of magnetic field, that is, it can be activated as long as the north pole or south pole of the magnetic field is close, and the output will be turned off after the magnetic field is removed. Unlike other general Hall sensor devices, it does not require a specific south pole or north pole to operate, which reduces the trouble of distinguishing magnetic poles during assembly. The internal circuit of HS623 includes Hall slices, voltage regulator modules, signal amplification and processing modules, dynamic offset elimination modules, latch modules and CMOS output stages. Since HS623 uses advanced Bi-CMOS technology and the overall optimized circuit structure, the product obtains extremely low input error feedback. The product adopts dynamic offset elimination technology, which can eliminate the offset voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient, and improve the consistency of the device. At the same time, the product adopts a very miniaturized packaging process, which makes the product have extremely high performance and market advantages.
HS623 is available in TSOT23-3 and TO-92S packages.
